Yummy! I bought the larger jar, which is a little less expensive, but on my next order I'm going to buy a whole lot of the smaller size jars instead. The clotted cream is delicious and has a wonderful texture at room temperature when it is just opened. But it is impossible (okay, not IMPOSSIBLE) for two people to eat a whole jar in a sitting. After opening, the jar should be refrigerated, which hardens the cream and makes it hard to spread. So from now on, we'll just open a fresh, smaller jar whenever we want to have clotted cream with our scones!
